The space

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury condo steps from Marina Vallarta.

We are the only building in the complex with an elevator directly to our door.

Each bedroom offers a queen bed, closet/drawets, TV and bedside lamps. All bedding is provided.

Each bathroom has a full shower with all shampoo, conditioners and soaps provided.

Washer and dryer are available for use and detergent is provided.

Full designer kitchen is fully equipped.

Enjoy the comfortable living room area with sofa and TV.

Outdoor covered patio has a fan to keep temps comfortable with beautiful views of the golf course across the street.

Covered, gated parking space included on request.

Guest access

A code for entry will be provided 1-2 days prior to your arrival.

Upon arrival, you will need to approach the guard shack on Mastil and tell them you are the renters for the condo. They will then let you pass and you can go into the building, up the elevator to Floor 1 (you enter on Floor 0), and the condo will be on your right.

Other things to note

All linens, dishware, cookware, etc are included, as well as all soaps, conditioners, etc.

Information about wifi, Firestick, etc will be provided in your arrival instructions and/or in the book on the entry table.

Please make sure to keep all doors, windows and sliding entries locked when you are not on the property.
